i just can submit one ticket ! and some days ago , i want to get help ,and i had submit a ticket , i have been waiting for 136h 49m 31s ,the info :
Status:On Hold

and Bad Karma[CORE] let me submit a ticket , but i can’t submit another ticket ,so please help me !
