I dowloaded coppermine and was asked to wait for 2 mins. its been hrs now.wht hapend?

After u downloaded coppermine, this message appreared:

We are currently installing Coppermine on http://vacationhomesforrent.web44.net/
Installation will be completed in about 2 minutes and you will see button ‘View Installation Details’ next to Coppermine tab on AutoInstaller page

Its been hours now and still it shows the same thing

I tried clicking on Fantastico Installer to install a new software but the same message is showing

what happened? and what do i do next for me have coppermine up and running in no time?
