My name is Claire, I created a site on your Wordpress platform (more than a month ago)

I am having a lot of trouble regarding the loading of the site. As soon as I or my friends use the site to make changes after 15-20 minutes the site no longer works. We must, therefore, wait for the page to recharge and it can take between 10 minutes and more than 30 minutes.
We have created this site for a class project, so we have to present it next week and we are afraid we will not be able to present it because of the problem.
