Mail redirection problem!

I’ve create redirect from admin@rugadgets.xyz to my own email. But mails did not coming.
Some senders receive this:

admin@rugadgets.xyz: host mail.post.000webhost.com[153.92.0.94] said: 550
5.7.1 Service unavailable; client [87.250.230.218] blocked using
new.spam.dnsbl.sorbs.net (in reply to RCPT TO command)

What’s a problem?

That IP has been listed as a spammer on a third party database?

it’s ok, now mails successfully delivers.
