Live chat with the domain registrar?

Yes. You are correct. Why am i not able to update it to mx.zoho.com. I am trying to do it in cpanel of 000webhost with mx updater link. but it has been more than 3 days and the update did not happen.
So I am not going to get a solution here ? I thought of becoming a paid member. Now I need to go away from 000webhost
What is the issue?
If you become premium at the very cheap price of $3.99 then you’ll get 24/7 support and backups.
