I cannot get my files to my computer from your server. What now?

I tried downloading from ftp filezilla but I get errors in transfer… I like to back these up asap

Search for related threads/tutorials before posting a new thread…else your thread will be deleted.
You can try this…

If you open FileZilla and download all your files, if you encounter errors wait it out and try again later.

Else the backup tutorial above might help.
