A forum like that should have it’s own layout.
As for now it is just a standard and boring place.

By the way, did you buy a vBulletin forum license?

Yes. I did. I don’t know anyone whom can make me a Layout for Free. As I can’t afford it now. Lol. I was orginally going to use my forum for a “Habbo Fansite” But, He closed it. So I decided to make a site.

there´s a lot of reasonably good and free themes available at vbulletin.org
