My website is still in sleeping phase even after the allocated sleeping time period

Right now i am using an free account. I assigned a sleeping time period of 4:00 am to 8:00 am to my website but now its 4:58 pm and my website is still sleeping. What should i do now??
on my control panel the status for https://pervasiveproject.000webhostapp.com is inactive
