Need Hostname, ftp username and ftp password please

Hello,

When I want to install a plugin they ask me for Hostname, ftp username and ftp password.

My website is : https://cc-azrou.000webhostapp.com

Can I have these by email please ?

@ismaelkab Hostname for ftp is : files.000webhost.com
And for FTP username and password…login to your 000webhost account --> Settings --> General.

I did do that but it seems that they don’t accept it, neither wordpress not FileZilla, can you please help me with that

No, it doesn’t work.
And when I try to login from my 000webhostapp panel it does redirect me to the main page
why?
