No access to FTP or File Manager

Hi!

I cannot connect via FTP or the built-in web browser. Occasionally I get to the web browser “upload files” main page (after a couple of minutes of loading) but then uploading files is a no-go!

FTP doesn’t wait that long and just times out… Any idea what’s wrong? It’s been the same since I created my account.

All my settings are correct. I’m sure! :slight_smile:

@UnluckyForSome1 This is because 1 of the ftp network node was down in the past 2 days, Now the ftp network node is up and working but it’s takes time for ftp node to fully recover.
Once the node fully recovers, this issue should solve automatically. :slight_smile:
