I need to resetup an account that has been canceled for inactivity but in the new pannel I cant see that option anymore. What can I do?. Please help.

You can just make a new account then reupload the data, if your account is cancelled there is no data available to migrate.
Sorry not my account, is the domain that is Cancelled for Inactivity, but there is no re setup option, I took a look by ftp and the data is there. Is there any way to make the domain active again?

If you had a personal domain like yoursite.com you can just create new account with 000webhost and point the domain and re-upload the data.
With the free subdomains provided once they are cancelled you can’t get them back if you create a new account again with 000webhost you can create similar named account like albergue.000webhostapp.com or albergue.webubu.com etc
