Not Able to Change Sleep Time

Hi Admin,

@teodor @ckhawand
I am not able to change sleep Time. I want to change it to 03:00. My Issue is that I am seeing a message that you can change Time on next day at a certain time but when I logged in next day at given time it again displays you can change next day. Update button is disabled all time. Common Admin please fixed this.

I believe this function should be working now. There was some small glitch which is now fixed!
