PHP mkdir not working

Hi everyone, I’m trying to use mkdir with php to create a folder but when I do it returns “permission denied” even if i setted the current folder and parent folders to 777 permission, how can i do? Thanks

Go to files.000webhost.com and change permissions

Or connect via FTP and change them
