Can you access the database from: cPanel > Manage databases > phpMyAdmin?
If you want to connect to a database with root privileges, that’s impossible on free plan. You can switch on a paid plan if you need such features:

@prajwal10 You can access the database through PHP using mysqli_* functions, but you won’t have root privileges. Also, on free plan, you cant access your database remotely.

You need to use a username, password, databasename and localhost as your hostname in your PHP code.
root is not a valid username, id123456_root would be for example, copy the details from your Manage Database section on 000webhost.com

It’s 2nd time my website ezdata.000webhostapp.com was falsely identified as abused by 3rd party. Actually its because of data entry activities by our users.
We really need the data and very appreciated if the website can be released as soon as possible.

Out of curiosity, what kind of activity does your website run?
If you exceed the free limits in place your account can be suspected of abuse… so best option to avoid this to keep happening is upgrading to premium

Thank you for unsuspended my account. But unfortunately it has been suspended again today. 
FYI, we not abuse and NOT using the website for Phishing, scam or hacking activities.
Actually all activity on the website are made by our users. They are entering and updating their particulars since all the while they doing that by manual not online. We trying to help and speedup the process by creating simple page for them to update their info via online.
We really appreciated & need your help to unsuspended our account.

I have checked your database. It contains personal information of different people.
In TOS it is said:
You will not collect or harvest (or permit anyone else to collect or harvest) any User Content (as defined below) or any non-public or personally identifiable information about another User or any other person or entity without their express prior written consent.
It is very hard to prove yourself in such situation. We are very restrictive when it comes about personal information. You might want to add some TOS to your website, or “Service Agreement”, something to comply with 000webhost TOS, to explain that your activity is not a illegal one.
I have unsuspended your account, but if it’s going to to be suspended again, I will not undo it anymore. You have just enough time to backup your database/website content.
I think buying a paid plan will help you get rid of all these false positives. It’s not that we force you to do that, it’s just because we’re afraid of hackers, scammers and malicious people. 000webhost faces this kind of problem, and trust me: a lot, a lot of websites are suspended every day because of phishing, proxy systems, child porn, and so on. Scammers will not attempt to buy a paid plan, because they know that if they may be caught, they’ll loose their money for nothing.
Also, buying a paid plan will unlock extra features, and free domain(s)
Hello @NGiNX both my websites have been falsely identified by “3rd party abuse detection system”. I immediately replied to the email, adding a scan of my document and the description as requested, but I only got an automatic response saying “support is provided on community support forums”

These reports are based according to your website content. The system does some search runs from time to time and if some files are matching the spam criteria, the account is suspended. We are forced to do this because there are many scammers/hackers using our service in malicious ways.
Paid plans have their own anti-spam system as well, but it is not as recursive as the one from 000webhost. I think once the system flags a website as spam, it first passes it to Hostinger staff for personal review and if it’s a false positive, the flag is dropped, during this process your website uptime being untouched.
Dear @NGiNX unfortunately I keep receiving the same emails and the websites have been deactivated again
