You might need to work on your background. Perhaps a template can do this? Listings also could use some pictures on it. This might drive visitors away. 
^ i agree. Though, if you make it a lighter shade of grey it might contrast better with the orange.
you should use HQ design and a logo. that will give your site a professional look.
Use a good Logo.
