Post-Migration FREE SUBDOMAIN Problem

Hello, I would first like to say, as a member since 2014, I’m loving the new control panel! It’s MUCH better than the old one!

Okay, I have a simple question:

PROBLEM: I just finished migrating, and chose to use a FREE SUBDOMAIN. Setting it up was extremely easy…however, when I try to access it via URL, it says "This site cannot be reached" on all of my internet connected devices (PC, phone, tablet, etc.).

QUESTION: Could it be that I should wait at least 24 hours for the FREE SUBDOMAIN to work?

You must access it without www, like this: http://tripmx.netii.net/

@TripMX You can’t use “www” with free subdomains.

Try to load without “www”.

If your want “www” then…grab a free domain from “freenom.com” and park it using 000webhost nameservers…then you can be able to load your website with or without “www”.
