000webhost doesn’t allow vBulletin to be hosted because it’s paid software.

yeah if 000webhost wasnt nubs that got hacked than the site would be up.

All sites on 000webhost containing paid software like vBulletin will be suspended/cancelled, whether they’re actually legally bought or not. 000webhost doesn’t have time to check licenses of all those websites which would have it if they allowed it.

It’s more important than you think. Legally you need a reason to check. You may not randomly search anything without a warrant and a judge to sign off on it. Evidence needs to be presented to get this. How would you like the cops to break down your door because they didn’t like the way you painted it? That happens in socialist countries.

Next time someone posts a link to a vBulletin or an IP.Board, be sure to check for validator.php and dgt_released.nfo.

Both files come with DGT releases only, but there are other groups like PNY relasing nulled software as well which use other file names. Anyway, a nulled vBulletin is rather easy to spot
