My website sleeps at random time

It’s all started when your team introduced this 1hour sleeping scheme before that I had 4 hours sleep from 3 AM to 7 AM IST 5:30 with no issues!

This 1hour scheme is good but my website is sleeping now at random time

I can’t able to set a sleeping time {Update Button not showing}[ScreenShot Included]

By default, It’s Showing (Your website will be sleeping for 1 hour from :00 to 1:00 every day your local time (GMT +5.5) ) but it’s sleeping at diff time also.

I need a Fix for Sleeping Time issue and also for setting sleeping time!!
