I have a backup database I wish to restore over the current one.
I tried to do it but I got an error that such files already existed, which I knew and wanted to overwrite them.
The database in question is well under the limit, so that shouldn’t be the issue at all.
I haven’t tried to delete the entire database because I guess I am worried that there could be basic files that shouldn’t be deleted or more likely that I have to reconfigure my webpage if I do that.
There is no option to overwrite as far as I can see. Some posts have mentioned a one click database restore but I can’t find it?
Help would be nice 
Well I got impatient. And deleted the database. But I can’t upload the backup. It says:
#1044 - Access denied for user ‘meeeeeeeeee’@’%’ to database ‘information_schema’
not good
OK it’s all good now. I had to click on the new database name before trying to upload haha. Config files adjusted, all happy
