Setting Sleep Time on Free Plan

Hello.

When I head over to https://www.000webhost.com/members/website/{website name}/settings I can find the “Website sleeping time frame”.

However, it does not allow me to change when it sleeps (the update button is disabled).

The input box has the default value of: 19:00:00.000

I can change the value, but the “Update” button is still disabled (greyed out).

How can I update the sleep time?
