I’m having trouble accessing /tmp from a php script. Error message looks like:
Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp) is not within the allowed path(s): (/opt/awex-pages:/storage/ssd3/012/1843012) in /storage/ssd3/012
I can access /tmp from file manager, but, my php script is having an issue. This script has worked in the past, but, I have to say I haven’t used it in a couple of weeks and now it seems to be having issues.
Thanks.
@fair281 What is you website/domain name??
Update: Can you try now and check?

Thanks for getting back to me… no it still does not work…
Addr is:
ftpxmas.000webhostapp.com
I really appreciate it.
Can you refresh and try again now?
If you’re still facing the same plz post screenshot of the issue.
Same message and error…
file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp) is not within the allowed path(s): (/opt/awex-pages:/storage/ssd3/012/1843012) in /storage/ssd3/012/1843012/public_html/phorum/include/admin/cache.php on line 36
Thanks again… I tried to change the directory with the admin screen for this software, but, in each case I get same error, /tmp does not not exist, I can see it in file manager though, that’s why this is confusing.

This is what I see when I try to access my blog:

Sure, I’ll do that.
Thanks.
Can you try creating a folder called tmp in the root directory?
I did that too, but then again the issue was still same.

As it is a third part application, I believe they can help better.
