To show php errors in the site

I have the site. I’m from Russia. My domain on your server is free. I have set in the site settings: show php errors in “on”. But my site don’t show the php errors. What can I deside this problem?

OK. After writting my question I desided this problem: I wrote php_ini(…) in index.php . And errors began to appear. But I have another question: how to update composer in hostinger’s site system? Last time I worked in UBUNTU and Windows locally. But on this server it must to do it. Via putty or there are another method?

Thanks. May I use putty in www.000webhost.com ? There are ssh-channel in one? And how can I find ssh-address?

I’m afraid you can’t, as SSH is not enabled for 000wh freehosting.
