Transfer doman and remove banner?

I have bought a domain name through webs.com. Basically I have had a lot of problems with them and no long wish to use them. I am in the process of creating a website here, and would like to use the domain name I previously purchased.

I have a few of questions:

Can I transfer the domain name to hostinger?

Is there a charge for this?

If I can, will I have the ability to remove the 000webhost banner from my website?

(Sorry I wasn’t sure which category to place this in!)

You should be able to transfer to Hostinger so they become your registrar yes.

There most usually is a charge for transferring, you should maybe ask the live chat on their website for charges and if the banner would apply or not.
