Ya, they good. It just that they need other opinion, I think.
I think they have fixed the problem.

I just tried clicked on the ‘File Manager’ icon in the cpanel, the FTP sign on window came up saying my time had expired - so I clicked on the ‘continue’ button, waited a long time, then the error message that I posted up thread still continues to prevent me from actually getting into my file manager to do anything. So it is not yet fixed for me.

Still waiting for this problem to be fixed.

I do not understand FileZilla. It is way to complacated for my non techy brain to follow.

Do you guys not intend to fix this problem?

I’m getting this error too, it’s been at least a couple of days. I have another separate account which is fine - and on a different server than server38.000webhost.com

So the one that has the error message is located on server38.000webhost.com?

Please fill out a ticket on this error so that they know it is not just me that is complaining.
