Hi,
I have a free account with 000webhost and for the last 24 hrs have been unable to access my website via dust-design.com or access filemanager in my account.
My domain is pointed to my account correctly and I have used the domain tools to ping my site, resulting in failure. I have also changed my ftp password as advised on your help forums.
Furthermore, I have a database running on this domain, which I am still able to access via phpmyadmin.
Can you please advise me on what to do next.

Back up your database as soon as possible and any files you can as well.
When I namecheck dust-design.com I get heartinternet nameservers?
Are you using the new or old panel do you know?

Thanks for your quick reply and advice.
I tested again yesterday morning without changing any settings and all was fine.
No idea what happened but all ok now.
