Website not showing my updated pages

Hi, I have made some page changes to my site. I used Filezilla to copy the new pages and files to the website. I replaced the existing files.
When I loaded the pages its still showing the old pages.
I logged into cpanel and used the filemanager. I see the date as being the new files.I re-uploaded the files in filemanager. I used the View option to see the code. It was the new code. I used the Open option to open it in the browser and its still showing the old version.
I tried it on a different browser and then a different computer. Still showing the old pages.
I deleted the updated files, loaded the website and the pages were still loading.
Is the site cached somewhere which it is using instead of the new files I upload?
Site is www.therainbowmandrills.com
Thanks

Hi @vaidbharath!

Please browse your pages and press CTRL+F5 for full webpage refresh…

Additionally to what @NGiNX Said, have you uploaded the files to the correct website?

Hi I’ve tried the Ctrl+F5 no difference. I’ve even tried it other computers in at my office today that never loaded the site before.

And yes it is the correct site. Its only one website I have with 000Webhost.

I see the files in Filemanager. I view it and its the latest version. I open it and its showing the old version.

Thanks for the replies

Please post screenshots with the old and the latest versions, as well as the addresses of the pages in question.

Hi NGiNX
The old pages still showing on the website are
http://therainbowmandrills.com/
http://therainbowmandrills.com/rm_shop.html

The new pages I have loaded as a sub-directory of another site I manage
http://steviewonder.org.uk/therainbowmandrills.com/index.html
http://steviewonder.org.uk/therainbowmandrills.com/rm_shop.html

Thanks for your help

Just to let you know, I’ve just done a Cleanup/Reload Account from the cpanel all the files are gone but the pages are still loading. That is strange.

When I go to the Accounts Details I see its for the website I’m accessing. Details are:

Nameserver details (only if you host your own domain)

ns01.000webhost .com 31.170.167.6
ns02.000webhost .com 31.170.164.248
You can also point your domain (“A” DNS record) to IP 31.170.160.233

Website Details

Access your website at http:// therainbowmandrills .com
Access your website with www. http:// www.therainbowmandrills .com
Website IP address 31.170.160.96
Server name server32.000webhost .com

They are loading from cache. Press CTRL+F5 and try again…

I don’t know to what account you have applied the cleanup; therainbowmandrills.com is still online and it contains website files in it…

Hi NGiNX Is there anyway of telling where the site is loaded from. As you can see from the cPanel Account Details page its says its related to this website. Its the only place this website has ever been hosted. I had a old account which was earlier this year changed to the new account. The old account stopped working.
That was the only change in the last few months.
Thanks

Domain therainbowmandrills.com is pointed to website therainbowmandrillscom.000webhostapp.com. The website content is loaded from there (unless you have coded the documents to fetch the resources from other sources)

What is the e-mail from the old account?

The email of the old account is pete@crowesharmony.freeserve.co.uk

No, the data is fetched from therainbowmandrillscom.000webhostapp.com

Hi NGiNX. I figured out what the problem was. I was logging with the old account username. I spoke to the owner of the site and he now tells me the new account he set up used a different email username. I just do the web pages for the group.
I am in now with that account and I am seeing the correct files.
Sorry about all the trouble. Thanks for your help.

We’re glad we sort things out. We’re here to help each other
