Sorry, how it’s supposed to help? The problem is with not uploading but with restoring database. Files are restored successfully and when it goes to database it hangs
Then, try restoring it offline, then export the database, and import it to 000webhost online db.
In some way it finished the restoration process with errors, but finished.
Thanks for last ideas, they would be helpful when nothing works.
I would recommend to check the smoothness of working of that plugin in your environment ( that plugin is installed together with wordpress in your panel) because restoring such a small website should go without any complications.
