Website sleeping for more than two hrs

Hello! My site https://northpew.tk have now been sleeping for 2 hrs. From 21 to 22. But it still sleeps now when the clock is 23. Can you fix this?

Note:
Also I’ve changed the time when the website sleeps when it became “active” when it’s not to 2 ‘o’ clock.

Sleep times are set for 01:00:00 - 02:00:00 (GMT+0)
