Website yesterday build up, but today I can't change some content

Hello,
yesterday I started with a new (free) Website here on 000webhost (with wordpress), but today I can’t find any way to change the content from this page.
Why???
I logged in, and I see the link to the website, but there is no change to chance something.

You go to your site like thomas.000webhostapp.com then to manage WordPress which is a third party application you login http://thomas.000webhostapp.com/wp-admin you cannot manage it via 000webhost.com dashboard.
