Which is better, website builder or wordpress or Joomla?

I’m a new beginner and I would be very thankful if anyone could give me some tips. I want to build a simple classified ads website using the easiest and simplest methods. I tried to use the website builder but it doesn’t have a classified ads template. I’ve never built a website before and I know absolutely nothing about it. After searching online, I found that WordPress and Joomla are very famous cms. So, should I try to use WordPress, Joomla or use the website builder instead ?
Any input is welcome and appreciated. Thank you very much.

Go for Wordpress…
You’ll be able to make a simple website using wordpress.
