Wordpress site not opening

Hi,
I have created a wordpress site and added the theme Shop Isle. But the site is not opening giving the error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Please help, not sure what to do. My site: https://giftykolkata.000webhostapp.com/

yes, woocommerce and WooCommerce PayPal Express Checkout Gateway

Or any other plugin such as any cache plugin?

I checked that the site is opening when you have /shop …I used this plugin earlier with webhost but did not have this problem

It means your website is installed in a directory under public_html named shop. To open your website directly from it’s url move all the contents from shop directory to public_html

so i have created the website in wordpress. where should i look for public_html directory. cannot see anything wordpress dashboard

Very confused I can see everything in public_html, shop folder is empty and can see this /public_html/wp-content/hostinger-page-cache/shop_index.html

go through your ftp you should see it

yes i found public_html but there is no files under shop folder as Ayu mentioned
