Now, I wan to try to improve my english language because i have a broken english.
I have created a site in 000webhost.com .
It is www.uworld.uni.cc .
But Now my site is Updating name server.
Can i upload my file before update complete ?

Yes, you most certainly may upload files before your NameServers have been re-adjusted. It also just saves you a lot of time of having to do it once the name servers are set there anyways.

What means of chat ?
Chat Room or ?
Apparently My forum have a simple chat room.
I hope this simple chat script is allowed.

Chat scripts, I'm thinking that if you integrate say a chatroom into your website, that's not allowed but you're referring to a shoutbox, which is almost like a chatroom, just not technically a chatroom.

I'm pretty sure 000WebHost.com will allow this, but you should just message an admin to clarify because it comes WITH phpBB forum installation.

You should message the user "admin", he is the main administrator and or developer of 000webhost.com. You can find his name in the "Members List" at the top, and all you need to include is your message is

" Is the shoutbox on a phpBB forum restricted? "

The answer, should be simple, a yes.. or even a no.
