Hello everyone, I'm new here.

In addition to saying hi, I wanted to ask if the free hosting plan supports web rings?

I'm not a member of any web rings now, since my site is still at another free host that does not support them; I just wanted to ask about this before I start redesigning my site.

A web ring is a type of link exchange. It's an interconnecting group of individual web sites, all dedicated to the same topic. Each site owner places a link to the ring on her/his site. Anyone surfing the web who's interested in that topic can click on the link and be taken to another site on the same topic. It can send traffic away from your site - but it can also bring traffic to your site, and it will be traffic that's interested in what your site is about.

Some people love web rings; some hate them. Personally, I haven't had the chance to make up my mind regarding my own site, because as I said, my old host doesn't support web rings.

As far as I know, it's not a scam or anything malicious, it's just a way of linking together lots of sites that are about the same thing. If anyone knows anything bad about web rings I hope they'll let me know before I join one!

I think the reason my old host can't link to a web ring is because it doesn't support frames, but I'm not 100% certain of that.
