I have just subscribed to this free web hosting. I am beginning in making my website. Can I insert HTML Codes or other things (like dynamic pull down menus, shoutout box, rss feeds, etc.) from other providers of web tools? Am I allowed to subscribe to another site for making my newsletters, chat room, web email forms etc.? Pls. help.

Yes, you are welcome inserting any kind of HTML code to your site, adding RSS feeds and other things.
