How were you recieving the email before?
my mail in this server , the setting is like
Incoming Mail Server: mail.blabla.890m.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.blabla.890m.com
and i open with microsoft outlook

Also, are you using the new or old control panel?
i didn't know what is old and new one ? but i subscribe in this web since 26 feb 2008

You are using the old one then, which has a built in email client. Just go to your control panel and then click on webmail.

i can see in this screen :

Manual Settings
Mail Server Username: a51280xx
Incoming Mail Server: mail.blabla.890m.com
Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) srv6.890m.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.blabla.890m.com (server requires authentication) port 25
Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL) srv6.890m.com (server requires authentication) port 465
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)

and do setting like that but stil can not receiving and sending mail
i can not received email, when some body send to that address

What mail client do you have on your computer that you are trying to use?

microsoft outlook
and try outlook express but same result with it

and i try to send mail to another mail add in this server , still can not reach

Did you change any setting since it was working? (U did say it was working at one point, right?)

i never change it , until in last week i can not sending mail ( dont know why )
and i change the mx entry until now it doesn't work any more
my mail is gone ( never received or sending )
