I'm starting this thread, with the Idea of posting problems users might suspect come from the Server and not the web/programming, developers have put in. Its a Great Way to save frustration and know what is happening.
I recommend using part of the sites name, so people can identify what server they are using.

For example,

Please confirm similar problems.

my problem today comes when trying to acces my sites database. I am playing around with pluggins and want to know weather its my fault or stupid DDOS attakcs. (Who wants to attack a free server... anyone who thinks it migh make its own server loose money?). Cheers to 000Webhost.

I made it when the attack started and it never worked i've tried to cancle and re-do the account and nothing works...
