Default Wt? account was removed for inactivity - 05-31-2012, 09:15 AM

my website was closed ? message was "account was removed for inactivity"
and deleted

what is classed as (inactivity) ?? lack of people looking at site? lack or uploading new content

Site was an info page for a few people so only the people that it concerned would visit it.

Read through the whole thread found no real answer, nor did the guy who posted it, unless I missed something.

Let me just break down my question.

If my website, needs no new content uploading (one a year only), and the people who view the site are few, will my site continue to get deleted

They have to close inactive sites as it takes up room of the servers; servers in which everyone uses.

The site is not inactive there is a small group of people that use it, however it will not interest the 'web browser' to stop and have a peak.

I think we all no the answer to the question, i need to swap servers

You have to login to the control panel once in a while, you'll get a notice before it gets cancelled for inactivity
AND you need traffic to the website (which you say you do have, so this shouldn't be a problem for you)
And it should not contain keywords such as "Website under construction"
And it should be fully uploaded

The website was fully functional and did not contain any such words, people went to the site, in fact the only reason I new it had gone is when I was contact be people using it, I do not wish to have to login every 5 mins to check if the site maybe deleted.

I'm not talking about every 5 minutes, I am talking about 2-3 times every week, and people whom have set the MX to some other email provider (or doesn't use the email service) and have the website fully uploaded tend to never login to the control panel.
