Error 403: Access Denied/Forbidden

Most likely causes why you have received this error:
Website your are trying to access was removed from server (canceled for abuse or temporary suspended)
Directory you are trying to access denies file listing (you need to upload index.html or index.php file to it)
File you are trying to access the file that has no read privileges (you can CHMOD it by FTP or cPanel file manager and give read permissions)
You are trying to access the file that does not exists on server.

Have you got an index page?
CHMod 755 in its index, via FTP. Open Htaccess. to see if everything is in order.
Make customized pages of error, so we have more ease of knowing the 000webhost canceled this account, or if it is problem of poor configuration you made on the site.

i cant access my ftp file manager and others file manager say error

Put in place that dot the name of your domain: 64.235.57.62
Make sure you are using the port 21, some programs change to port 80, when using http:// before the domain.
Then just use your username and password you created for the site which should make everything right.
If you see the error message again, please, relate what is the error: D

I saw your site working, at least on the main page of the forum here, then I could not see anything else because you reset the site.
