I has a friend that could create domain that referenced to my site without any my permission like password and something else like that. He say it's will work on any free domain. Is it true? or it could be prevented?

I think you can use the hotlink protection available in the cpanel to prevent that

Shore, you can use .co.cc redirects. You can't prevent, unless you feel like crapping your pants through miles of PHP and JS.
