how to show my index page?
If I go to my site www.bless-car.co.cc, the page isnt show the home page in my site but the page contains my directory folder : public_html folder,
Please help me,

Try changing INDEX.html to index.html browsers autmatically look for index (all lower case letters) maybe the all uppercase letters are the reason the browser just goes to the directory.

server may running under *nix environment.

you should try change INDEX.HTM to lower case (index.htm).
