If the site got cancelled, the files are probably deleted.

If your account was cancelled for abuse, then the files are gone, this is why you have to make backups. I even have a free backup service you can use to do so: http://delzhost.info

Well you must of broke the TOS in some way, nonetheless its gone now.

Next time be sure to more careful putting something into your website, otherwise your website will be deleted and your account will cancelled because violating the tOS
