Try again what Barefoot said, or else, I'll look into getting you a new HTML code for a new hit counter.

Also, I may need to do some investigation work on your page source to see what's going on.

I've stuck it on there and all I can see is a link and text which takes me to a counter, but you have to click on the link to get to the counter. I'll try and find another one. There is something wrong..something's not working..

Lonely boy,thanks for your code what do you mean I have to replace my style settings. I don't understand. I've copied and pasted everything you gave me on the index page I must be doing something wrong coz the same thing is happening. Sorry if I sound a bit stupid

but I just can't understand any of this html language....what do i do?

you've got something of a mess going on now.
probably best to start that page from scratch, the 000webhost counter will automatically be there (if enabled)
after that, if you want your own, disable that one FIRST, then add you own BEFORE the

ok.I have deleted all the counters. Now I'm going to and copy and paste the 000webhost one there and see if that works. All I want is a counter on the page. let's see

For every ready made html code I copy and paste I just get the same thing. just text. Am i supposed to do something else maybe.

The thing is, I have tried many counters, the html code on everyone I have tried just comes up as text. I have now got the 000webhost one on there but it's still in text. So there is something wrong.
