I ~ How do i make a search bar (HTML code) for a custom search engine that i'm going to make?

II ~ How do i make link buttons (search,register,log-in,log-out,etc)??

III ~ How do i make image links

Example: Sub-page=NCMail» {%image of a letter%}=View Now. . .
Sub-page=MyFTP» {%Image of a sky scrapper%}=View Now. . .

Oh yeah,how do i make it so that visitors have the option to search my webstore (http://www.nievescorpunlimited.cc.cc), my main site (http://www.nievescorpunlimited.co.cc) and Google (http://www.google.com) then it all comes out on my custom search page??. . .
Example:
