Hi, I have a webpage through 000webhost.com. It's a daycare website & I was hoping to set up a webcam so that parents can view their children while they're in my care. I don't know if this is possible or not & if it is, how to go about doing it. Also, I'd like to have the parents use a password to view the webcam so not just anyone can be watching these children.
Is any of this possible?
If so, how?

Well I really wouldn't suggest doing this, and its most likely not going to be possible doing this with 000webhosts servers, if you were going to do this, you would have to most likely stream it through your computer, just google "stream webcam"

I think that you would need to obtain release forms from the parents to be able to legally do this.

keep on finding out how to do this it would NOT need a release form from the parents to be able to legally do this.
