So yeah, i'm using a template, and although i like it, i want to change its colour, which i don't think you can do.

http://onlinegaming.net16.net/

See the big green horrid bar where the site title is/slogan?

I want to change that pretty much, and like i said, i don't think you can, so does anyone know any HTML shells i can throw on that could cover it up with my own-if not?

i don't use the website builder, but there are options somewhere to change it
i believe what you are wanting to change is this:
Code:
background: #000 url(images/headerbg.jpg) no-repeat left bottom;
that came from your css section in the head.
you can either edit that to a new banner, or rename your new banner to that name, and upload/overwrite the existing.
if your replacement banner is not the same size it might take a bit more work to get things looking good.

If you used
Google
or
The forum search
Your problem could already be fixed.

You would also have to edit the file every time you edited that page in the site builder. (I think)
