Hi,

I have tried to use the "Fix File Permissions". I have also cancelled and deleted my account. Then I tried to re-create the deleted account. But unfortunately, I am getting the following error message:

"Error
Unfortunately account creation failed. Error message has been logged and our staff has been notified. We will attempt to setup your account manually as soon as possible. You will be notified by email once your account will be ready."

I look forward to your response to find a fix to this issue.

Hello, try to assign a new IP to your modem by turning it off (if your ISP allow this) then try to register again. If problem still persist, please try to register using proxy...

Thanks for your response. 000webhost help desk staff has got back to me with the following reasons?:


If error message 'Unfortunately account creation failed' is displayed, it might be caused by 3 reasons:

1. Your domain name contains 'high risk' keywords like hack, bank, verify, etc.

2. The same IP was used to create other accounts which belong to other persons.

3. You use proxy server.

There is nothing we can do in this case, but this ban should be removed automatically within next 2 weeks. Please do not try to create any new accounts within next 2 weeks and try it later.

TO be honest, my domain does not have anything offensive and I haven't even got a proper website done yet.

I was successfully uploading files to the server using FTP until last night. I do not know what happened all of a sudden.

Hello, do you have dynamic or static IP? Have you tried turning on and off your modem to get a new IP?



P.S: Using proxy server is the only last way to fix this problem
