When I try to go in to the Website Builder, I get an error message that says Warning, (my url) does not point to (my user id) sometimes, then others I get to select a template. But, when I went in to the website builder earlier, it allowed me to select a template, fill in the data (name, contact, etc) but when I clicked on next, it sat for about 5 minutes and I got a blank page.

I suggest use a CMS for your site, not the website builder; or make a website from scratch or get a html template because there are limits on what you can do with the website builder.

server21 is currently rebooting, once the server is back i´ll check. From what i can see so far it might be because of a bad A-Record setup, need to double check that as soon as the server is back

Thanks. The URL is registered at Name.com...could it be something that I have set wrong there? I have never used them before...the url was transferred to me so I'm not sure about their settings. I will be happy to provide you with my username and password (privately) if you want to, or can check it.

Now I'm getting a UserName or Password bad...I assume it's due to the reboot??

srv21 is currently not accessible at all, data center has been contacted already.
I suspect your problem to be related to the old server having been moved to a new data center recently. Because of that servers got new IPs and in turn your A-Record for the domain might need to be changed.

As i previously said i need to double check that first so please don´t quote me on that

Hi Geordie97,

Beginning, the nameserver for your domain should point only to 000webhost. Currently, the nameserver for your domain are also pointed to ns1.name.com, ns2.name.com, ns3.name.com and ns4.name.com
