You can go to wordpress.org and ask your question there or you can check out the wordpress codex. It gives a great guide of how to manually install it yourself in about ten minutes.

I believe that you mean theme, correct me if I'm wrong. To add a theme simply un-zip the theme to a folder, then upload the folder to wordpress install folder (could be root directory) > wp-content > themes

In your site there is menu bar on the left side, choose Appearance - Themes. In Themes page click "Install Themes", after that you can search themes by filtering them by color, column, with, etc. Or if you want to upload your own theme, click "upload". Make sure you upload the .zip format.
