i could use my wordpress home page to sign in to edit it now i cant and when i go to the wordpress site it says theat user does not exsit i had b4 when i could sign in on my home page but now thats gone how do i sign in

Did you delete the user?
Does the user still exist in the database?

nah i never but i think last time i signed in the messed with my side bar with the login bit and now the login is not there and if i go to the wordpress site it says i don't exsit but its always said that even when i could login

That is way too confusing for me.
So you removed the Meta part with the login link from the sidebar, but were able to login using http://your-domain.com/wp-login.php?

And now you cannot login anymore eventhough you were able to login earlier?
What did you change before you noticed that you can't login anymore?
