i am getting this error from last 1 day
"Unfortunately account creation failed. Error message has been logged and our staff has been notified. We will attempt to setup your account manually as soon as possible. You will be notified by email once your account will be ready."

Do not attempt to create another account for two weeks. If after the two weeks are up and you have not been sent an email saying your account is ready, then just create a new one.
